Flip Jackson Presents Ashes & Samples Beat Tape!!

Twelve exclusive brand new Flip Jackson original instrumentals created, curated, mixed & mastered over the previous three days! I've been absolutely blessed and honored to have a music production career and worked with who I have thus far, but since I can remember before I was making beats and focused on rapping, I always loved the art of the beat tape! I've released three separate beat tapes to date first releasing Flip Jackson Presents A Charlie Brown Christmas: Hard KNOCKS Edition in 2013 [DatPiff.com], followed by "INDiE500" in 2014 and Grind Mode Cypher [Instrumentals] (Flip Jackson Edition)in 2017.

The idea and concept behind this project was dusty samples and chops, boom bap drum loops and basslines! I wanted to go back to the essence and keep it simple without overthinking it too much. More or less, just letting the music speak for itself and let the waves do the vibing. I created and formatted it in cassette/vinyl sequencing and look to release it on all digital media platforms and press up vinyl/cassettes as collectors items!!

S/O to the homie Darez on the sole collaboration on the project! He came thru the second night of me cooking the project and ended up working on a beat at 1AM to sneak that in there and add that to the dozen bangers we have on our hands created!
