Back with another installment for #THCTuesdays in true stoner fashion, Flip Jackson teams up with the artist formerly known as Uncle Sam MC now known as "5amuel Patrick" or better known as 'DRIF SONIX' for a wavy, ocean vibes, rolling loud type record that was actually created at Carson Beach in DRIF SONIX Mobile Recording Studio Van in Boston, Massachusetts back in June of 2021.

Sam was making his rounds around the East Coast in the van before heading back to Atlanta where he resides and pulled up to knock out a record on the spot and a catch a vibe. We decided to park the van at the beach and use the ocean and boardwalk ambience of the coastal part of the South End for inspiration and vibrations and chopped it up before Sam went through a batch of beats and ended up picking the one you hear on the record.

We both sat down and came up with a topic/concept/vibe and wrote our verses on the spot along with recording directly in the studio van right on the boardwalk on the beach!

About a few weeks later the hook came to me during the day and here we are! DRIF SONIX & Flip Jackson - "Carson Beach" - (Prod. Flip Jackson) off the upcoming 'Growing Pains' EP dropping soon!
